Full interior architecture

Our flagship offering covers spatial planning, custom joinery design, material specification, lighting layouts, and furniture procurement for projects above €35,000. We produce contractor-ready drawing sets coordinated with your arquitecto técnico and manage the FF&E budget through installation.

Typical timelines span four to nine months from concept approval to styling day. Fees are calculated as a percentage of total project cost, generally between twelve and eighteen percent depending on complexity.

Concept and feasibility studies

Before committing to a full renovation, many clients request a concept package that explores layout options, mood boards, and preliminary cost ranges. This phase costs €2,400 to €4,800 and delivers floor plans, three-dimensional visuals, and a materials shortlist within three weeks.

Feasibility studies are especially valuable for heritage apartments in El Carmen where structural constraints and protected facades require early investigation.

Kitchen and bathroom design

Focused commissions for the two most demanding rooms in any home start at €3,600 for design documentation plus procurement support. We specify cabinetry, worktops, sanitaryware, tiles, and hardware, then coordinate with your installer.

Recent kitchen projects have ranged from €22,000 to €48,000 fully fitted, including appliances sourced through our trade accounts with European manufacturers.

FF&E procurement

Clients who have completed construction but need furnishing assistance can engage us on a procurement-only basis. We charge €95 per hour or a flat fee from €1,800 for a single room, covering sourcing, ordering, delivery coordination, and placement.

Trade discounts on furniture and lighting typically offset a portion of our fee. We maintain relationships with distributors across Italy, Scandinavia, and Spain.

Commercial and workplace interiors

Small offices, showrooms, and professional studios up to 400 square metres fall within our commercial practice. We address branding through materiality rather than signage, creating environments where clients and staff feel equally considered.

Commercial fees begin at €8,500 for design documentation on spaces under 120 square metres, with project management available as an add-on at €75 per hour.
