Casa del Turia — Ruzafa apartment

A 142-square-metre apartment received a full interior rebuild preserving original hydraulic floor tiles in the corridor while opening the living zone to a rebuilt terrace. Custom eucalyptus joinery houses a library and concealed bar area.

Project value: €86,400 including furniture. Completed in autumn 2025 after seven months of construction coordinated with a local contractor we have worked with since 2016.

Atelier Llotja — Commercial studio

A maritime law practice near the Lonja de la Seda required twelve workstations, two partner offices, and a client meeting room with acoustic isolation. Walnut desks, linen wall panels, and bronze hardware create a dignified atmosphere without ostentation.

Fit-out budget: €54,200. The project was delivered in fourteen weeks to coincide with the firm's twentieth anniversary reception.

Finca Albufera — Country house

Twenty minutes south of Valencia, a 1970s farmhouse gained a new kitchen wing, refreshed bedrooms, and outdoor dining pergola. Materials reference the rice fields nearby: raw oak, hand-thrown ceramics, and woven esparto ceiling lamps.

Total interior scope: €118,000 across main house and guest casita. Landscaping was handled by a separate garden designer we recommended.

Penthouse Gran Via — City skyline

Top-floor views toward the Mestalla stadium informed a muted palette that keeps attention on the horizon. Floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains filter afternoon sun while motorised blinds deploy automatically via a simple wall switch.

Three-bedroom fit-out cost €134,500 including a €22,000 kitchen by a German manufacturer installed by our joinery partner in Sagunto.

Guesthouse Xàtiva — Heritage conversion

Twelve rooms within a restored manor required individual character while sharing a cohesive material language. Each ensuite uses a different tile pattern from a Valencian producer, unified by consistent sanitaryware and brushed-nickel fittings.

Per-room average: €9,200. Lobby and breakfast room added €38,000. Opening scheduled for spring 2026 with styling currently in progress at our warehouse.
