Consultation and concept fees

Initial property consultations last ninety minutes and cost €120, credited toward project fees upon engagement. Standalone concept packages for a single room begin at €2,400; whole-apartment concepts start at €4,800 and include two revision rounds.

Concept fees are fixed and invoiced fifty percent on commencement, fifty percent on delivery. They do not include site measurement by external surveyors if your property lacks accurate plans.

Full-service design fees

Design fees for complete projects are calculated as a percentage of total construction and FF&E spend. Residential projects typically incur fifteen to eighteen percent; commercial work ranges from twelve to sixteen percent depending on repetition and procurement volume.

A €70,000 apartment renovation therefore carries design fees of approximately €10,500 to €12,600, invoiced in four milestones tied to documented deliverables.

Hourly and à la carte rates

Procurement-only assistance bills at €95 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Site visits outside Valencia city centre incur €750 per visit plus mileage at €0.22 per kilometre. Additional revision rounds beyond those included in your contract cost €680 per round.

Expedited timelines requiring weekend or evening studio work attract a twenty-five percent surcharge agreed in writing before overtime begins.

Typical project budgets

Single-room refreshes with new furniture and paint generally require €8,000 to €15,000 all-in. Full apartment renovations in Valencia city average €55,000 to €120,000. Large country properties and commercial fit-outs can exceed €200,000 when structural work is included.

These figures cover construction, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings but exclude architect fees, permits, and VAT at twenty-one percent on applicable items.

Payment terms

Invoices are payable within fourteen days via bank transfer. Retainers of twenty percent of the estimated design fee are required before concept work begins. We do not offer payment plans, though milestone billing spreads costs across project duration.
