We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, property address, and project details you voluntarily provide. Client contracts may additionally record billing information, identity documents required for invoicing, and correspondence related to your project.
Our website stores a single local preference indicating whether you accepted the cookie notice. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels on this site.
How we use your data
Enquiry information is used solely to respond to your message, schedule consultations, and prepare proposals if you proceed. Client data supports project delivery, invoicing, warranty follow-up, and legal obligations such as tax record retention.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Contractors and suppliers receive only the site access details necessary for their scope of work under confidentiality expectations.
Retention and security
Enquiry records are deleted if no engagement follows within twenty-four months. Client project files are retained for ten years after completion to support warranty claims and regulatory requirements. Financial records follow Spanish tax retention periods.
Digital files are stored on encrypted servers within the European Union. Physical samples linked to your project are labelled with initials rather than full names where practicable.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. You may withdraw consent for optional communications at any time without affecting lawfully processed contract data.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos at www.aepd.es.
