Residential interiors

Homes we understand

Valencia's housing stock spans Moorish-influenced townhouses, 1960s apartment blocks with generous terraces, and new-build penthouses overlooking the port. Each typology demands a different strategy for light, storage, and acoustic comfort.

We have completed over sixty residential projects since founding, from studio flats under fifty square metres to countryside fincas exceeding four hundred. Every home receives a bespoke programme based on how your household actually lives.

Apartment renovations

City-centre apartments often require clever partitioning to create privacy without sacrificing the open feeling that drew you to the property. We use sliding timber screens, partial-height walls, and built-in storage to define zones without clutter.

A typical three-bedroom renovation in Eixample or Gran Via costs between €55,000 and €120,000 including construction, finishes, and furnishings. Timelines average five to seven months once permits are secured.

Coastal second homes

Properties in Dénia, Jávea, and Oliva present unique challenges: salt air, seasonal occupancy, and the need for low-maintenance finishes that still feel warm when you arrive for summer. We specify marine-grade hardware, outdoor-rated fabrics, and ventilation strategies that prevent mould during closed months.

Second-home clients often engage us remotely, visiting the studio twice during the project while we handle site meetings with their constructor locally.

Family homes and extensions

When children, ageing parents, or home offices enter the equation, spatial flexibility becomes paramount. We design rooms that evolve — a nursery that converts to a study, a ground-floor suite that accommodates future mobility needs.

Extension projects where we coordinate with architects on new volume added to existing structures typically start at €90,000 for the interior fit-out portion alone.

Art and collection integration

Several clients maintain significant art collections or inherited furniture they wish to centre the design around. We begin these projects by cataloguing existing pieces, then build palettes and layouts that honour what you already own.

Gallery-style lighting, conservation-grade UV filtering on south-facing glazing, and humidity monitoring in dedicated display rooms are services we provide for collectors in the Cabanyal and Pla del Remei districts.
